Resident membership is open to all resident individuals, families, businesses, institutions, and employees within the boundaries of the Hill District. Resident members are entitled to receive invitations to meetings, to vote on matters as designated by the Board of Directors, and to elect members of the Board of Directors. Non-resident membership is open to individuals, families, businesses, and institutions that are not residents of the Hill District
